What is the application and notification schedule?

For review at the spring 2010 meeting:

• Initial Inquiry form completed and submitted by November 1, 2009
• Full Proposal submitted no later than February 1, 2010 (proposals must be received in the office by the end of the business day)
• All supporting materials must be submitted by February 26, 2010
• Notification by early May 2010
• Project start dates must be June 15, 2010, or later

For review at the fall 2010 meeting:

• Initial Inquiry form completed and submitted by May 1, 2010
• Full Proposal submitted no later than August 1, 2010 (since August 1 falls on a Sunday, proposals must be received in the office by the end of the business day on Monday, August 2)
• All supporting materials must be submitted by September 15, 2010
• Notification by mid-November 2010
• Project start dates must be January 1, 2011, or later
